Evaluation Day!

This is our EVALUATION Day at work. Of course, my evaluation day too. Members are being evaluated by our Senior Team Leader and Me - by my Members. This is to know if we are capable of being promoted for a higher position or not. This means too an appropriate of benefits being garnered by the members.
